Return Policy
Personal care products are exempt from returns unless there is evidence of a manufacturing defect.
- Defective Items: If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@naturesnectress.com. Include details about the product, the defect, and your order number for faster processing.
- Non-Defective Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items due to the hygienic nature of personal care products.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving your returned item, we will thoroughly examine it to confirm the defect.
- You will be notified via email within a reasonable time frame regarding whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment or via a company-issued check.
Note: Refunds will not include shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable. If approved, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
Replacement Policy
If the defective item is approved for replacement, we will ship a new product to you at no additional cost.
Shipping Charges for Returns

- Shipping costs must be prepaid and non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Product Consistency Disclaimer
Nature’s Nectress products are handcrafted with organic butters, salts, sugars, and oils. Variations in texture and consistency may occur due to temperature changes during shipping. This is natural and does not indicate a defect. Placing the product in a cool, dry environment often restores the expected consistency.
